Shooter is built and maintained by a small team. We read every message and reply as soon as we can — usually within a couple of days, often much faster.

Please include:
- A short description of the problem
- Your device model and OS version (Settings → About on the phone)
- A photo of the target, if relevant (we will not share it without permission)

Report a bug or suggest a feature
We track bug reports and feature ideas publicly so you can vote on what gets built next and follow the status of issues you've reported.

If you'd rather not use a public board, email works just as well.
Subscription, billing, and refunds
Shooter is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payments are processed by Apple or Google — not by us — so refunds go through their support flows:
- iOS / iPadOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: support.google.com/googleplay
If their flow doesn't work for you, email us anyway and we'll do what we can.
Privacy and data
How we handle your data — what stays on your device, what we collect, who we share it with — is documented in the Privacy Policy.
To delete the data we hold about you on our servers, open the app and tap Settings → Data → Delete my data, or email us with your device identifier (visible in Settings → About).
