Forsvaret targets

These are the Norwegian Armed Forces’ own rifle cards. The Army’s HK416 regulation shoots the same tables either at 30 m on reduced cards like these or at 200 and 300 m on full-size targets; officers and grenadiers take a yearly timed test at 20 and 30 m, on the reduced card at 30 m.

The Home Guard trains on the volunteer DFS’s nationwide ranges and helps run its Landsskytterstevnet; soldiers may compete at DFS meets with their HK416 in a class of their own, and army units can hold NAIS medal shoots themselves.
